Worsht Casserole

Slice an onion and layer it at the bottom of a deep oven proof dish.

Wash some potatoes and slice (if you are fussy and dont like the skins, you can peel the potatoes)

Slice a chubb of worsht (salami)

Layer some potatoes over the onion followed by a layer of salami and then again a layer of potatoes followed by a second layer of salami.

Dilute some ketchup (easiest to do in a nearly empty ketchup bottle or a jug). Add 1 tsp of salt to the ketchup and shake well.

Pour over salami and potatoes. (the second layer of potatoes should be covered in water though not the second layer of salami).

Cover well as it makes a lot of juice.
This is how I 'wrap' it:

If you are doing it in a disposable dish, support the dish by putting it once covered in a real dish.

Bake on 175 for 4-5 hours. (It is edible after a couple of hours, but the longer it cooks the tastier it is)
Et Voila!
