Chicken Wings


Place wings in an oven proof dish.

Pour any sauce you like over the wings (e.g. duck sauce, sweet and sour sauce, BBQ sauce etc.)

Cover and bake in a preheated oven on 175 for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, turn the wings onto their 'skin' side. Bake covered for another 30 minutes.

If you like crispy skin, turn the wings back over and bake uncovered for another 15 minutes with the oven on 225.
Et voila!
