Ingredients:
1lb Chicken Cutlets
Egg
Flour
3/4 cup Water
3/4 cup Ketchup
3/4 cup Brown Sugar
Seasoning
Cut up chicken into bite size pieces.

Pour a raw scrambled egg over the chicken and mix it in so all pieces get some.

Season flour - I use salt, pepper, paprika and garlic powder - mix in well. Coat all pieces of chicken.

Fry for 1 minute either side and drain on some paper towel. Place in an oven proof dish.

In a bowl/ container, mix together the water, ketchup and sugar. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bake uncovered on 180 for 15 minutes.
